Consumer withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Effective: 5 August 2026. This notice applies only if you are a consumer within section 13 BGB. Business customers do not have the statutory consumer withdrawal right.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by an unequivocal statement, for example an email, of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur a reimbursement fee.

If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period and the right has not already expired, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal, where the statutory requirements for that compensation are met.

Early performance and expiry

The full report is generated immediately after payment. At checkout we ask you to expressly request performance before the withdrawal period ends and to confirm that you understand the consequences.

If the contract is legally classified as a service, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed, provided performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right expires upon full performance.

If the report is legally classified as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may expire when performance begins only if all requirements of section 356(5) BGB are met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and the required contractual confirmation on a durable medium.

Nothing in this notice limits a withdrawal right where the statutory requirements for expiry have not been satisfied.
